Previously named Ridgecrest EYH (RidgecrestEYH.org)
Ridgecrest Journey in Exploration of Technology and Science (JETS) is a conference designed to inspire young girls in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade in the STEM field. The conference is hosted by Ridgecrest Women of Math & Science (RWMS) which was established since 2002 and became a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of math and science education among junior-high age girls.

JETS conference is an all-day event. Participants will be enrolled in STEM focused workshops involving hands-on activities which allow the participants to create, build, and explore. Throughout the event guest speakers in different career fields will interact with participants to encourage and foster interest in the STEM fields.​
